Mikael's story

Sweden has some of the most varied fishing in Scandinavia, and I've built my guiding business around showing people exactly that. Operating under the Magofishing brand, I work as a fishing and nature guide offering sessions tailored to what you want to catch and how you want to fish. From the photos you can see the full picture: arctic char and trout pulled through ice in the depths of a Swedish winter, pike lurking in shallow reed beds, burbot caught after dark, and fly fishing on clear Scandinavian rivers in summer. I guide across all seasons and all conditions, which means whether you visit in January or July, there's always something worth chasing. I also tie my own flies and offer gift cards, so if you're looking for a unique experience for someone who loves fishing, a guided session with me makes for something truly memorable. The office changes with the seasons. The passion doesn't.
