Alex's story

Alex Prior has been guiding the Aysén region out of Coyhaique since 1989 — spring creeks, freestone rivers and lakes, wade and boat. He is an owner-operator with a genuinely all-in day rate: bilingual guiding, the fishing licence, flies, boats when they are needed and transport are all inside the price, which makes his days some of the easiest in Patagonia to quote without surprises stacked on top.
