Kalix's story

Deep in northern Sweden, where the forests stretch to the horizon and the rivers run clear, we run fishing and hunting experiences that most anglers never get to have. Based in Kalix, we operate Kalix Jakt & Fisketurism AB, offering guided trips in one of Scandinavia's most remote and rewarding wilderness areas. On the fishing side, we cover the full northern menu: pike in the reeds, brown trout in fast-running rivers, salmon, and ice fishing when the lakes freeze over. The catches you'll see on our profile are the real deal — big northern pike, wild trout and proper wilderness settings that make every trip feel like a genuine adventure rather than a day out. We also guide hunting, including capercaillie, which means we know this landscape inside out across every season.
